Reporting to the Club’s Executive Director, the Youth Development Director is a position that is responsible for helping the Club’s Executive Director with the overall direction, coordination, operation, and success of the Clubhouse’s youth programming including (Traditional Youth Club Programming, STEM Programming, and Youth Structured Choice Enrichment Programs). The Youth Development Director will ensure the Clubhouse meets or exceeds programmatic goals, membership goals, and financial goals, while providing remarkable leadership in areas of member experience and participation, new membership growth, program evaluation, training, staff team supervision, and in-Club business performance.

The Director of Culinary Operations oversees the production of all food at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro

South locations and for all contracts including Club meals, Blue Spoon Community Kitchen, catering, retail, special events, and future programming. The Director reports to the Vice President of Operations and serves in a leadership role, responsible for all culinary operations activities including but not limited to inventory control, menu development and efficiency, kitchen safety and training, equipment and facility maintenance and safeguarding, contract-related activities, catering and retail production, staffing management, and staff development.

The Director of Marketing & Communications, reporting to the Vice President & Chief Advancement Officer, develops and implements Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro South's strategic marketing and communications plan to fuel the growth and impact of our fundraising efforts and the reach of our programs. The DOMC will possess exemplary relationship-building, project management, and communications skills, and demonstrate leadership while employing an entrepreneurial, collaborative, team-centered, and results-oriented approach to leading and driving the production of high-quality marketing assets, compelling campaigns, and engaging communications to advance our mission and brand through visual and written storytelling.

The Childcare Director is responsible for the supervision of licensed school age staff and all licensed school age operations. The Childcare Director will design and implement a safe, high quality program for school age children. The Childcare Director will work with the Director of Childcare Operations and the Vice President of Childcare & Impact in establishing a school age program and in administrative and contract performance, collaboration, program development and to ensure all aspects of the licensed school age operations are sufficiently staffed and effectively run. 

The Childcare Director shall ensure that licensing standards and requirements set forth by the EEC and the State of Massachusetts are met. This includes assuring that both the site and the staff are in compliance with all regulations. The Childcare Director will also be tasked with program growth, new site extension site development, and partnership engagement.

The Site Coordinator is responsible for the planning, development, and supervision of a comprehensive after school program that fosters children in their social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth.
