Our sports clinics are back and better than ever in 2024! These clinics are designed for kids who LOVE sports! Sports clinic campers will have 3 hours in the morning to participate in their sports, and then join their traditional camp group in the afternoon for other camp activities such as pool, splash pad, archery, and more!

Ages 5-8

Beginner and developing swimmers alike will enjoy extra swimming time each day in addition to a structured swim lesson.

Campers will also learn about marine life, water-safety, and play a variety of water games! Campers will begin the day at our Taunton Clubhouse and will be transported to Camp Riverside at noon to join in traditional camp programs for the remainder of the day. 

Please note that camper drop-off will be at the Taunton Clubhouse (beginning at 8:30 AM) and end-of-day pick-up (4:00 PM) will take place at Camp Riverside. PM Extended Care available only.

9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Ages 9-15

Current swim team participants will enjoy structured workouts written by BGCMS swim coach staff. Campers will also focus on stroke development, starts, and turns.

Campers will begin the day at our Taunton Clubhouse and will be transported to Camp Riverside at noon to join in traditional camp programs for the remainder of the day.

Please note that camper drop-off will be at the Taunton Clubhouse (beginning at 8:45 AM) and end-of-day pick-up (4:00 PM) will take place at Camp Riverside. PM Extended Care available only.

Age 15 (CO-ED)

Counselors in Training Camp is the perfect way for future Camp Riverside staff to spend their summer! CITs will go through a 4-week training program where they learn what it takes to be a truly great camp counselor. CITs will learn camp games and songs, behavior management techniques, and time and group management skills. Participants who complete either session of the CIT program (or both sessions) will be guaranteed employment interviews for the 2025 summer camp season!
