Reporting to the President & CEO, the Vice President of Program Impact will be responsible for driving the quality and impact of the youth development programs and services offered at our Brockton and Taunton Clubhouses and community-based extension sites. They will provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the effective and efficient daily implementation of our before-and-after-school and weekend programs by managing and mentoring our Clubhouse Executive Directors and positioning their staff teams for success by developing and deploying evidence-based operating models, schedules, curricula, trainings, and tangible tools and tactics.

The Workforce Development Coordinator AmeriCorps Service member is responsible for overseeing the implementation of a broad range of high-impact after-school Work Based Learning & Education programs for middle & high school youth during the school year and summer to set members on a path to great futures. Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations and/or Facilities Director, the Facilities Coordinator will be responsible during the school year (September–May) to assist in the maintenance and repair of the Clubhouse and Riverside Camp buildings, grounds, and equipment. Additionally, focused attention will be placed on the janitorial upkeep of the Taunton Clubhouse and Club Support Center buildings.
