The Brockton Clubhouse Youth Resource Coordinator will assist in providing support and resources to youth, parents, and staff. The Coordinator will focus on addressing the social, emotional, and psychological well-being of youth within the Club.

This individual will report and work closely with the Youth Resource Director to implement programs and interventions designed to meet the needs of our members. The Coordinator will facilitate group sessions, provide one-on-one interventions, and help connect youth and families to external services as needed. Family engagement and direct service to youth are core responsibilities of this position.

The Workforce Development Coordinator AmeriCorps Service member is responsible for overseeing the implementation of a broad range of high-impact after-school Work Based Learning & Education programs for middle & high school youth during the school year and summer to set members on a path to great futures.
