Academic Success

Our programs in Academic Success provide our youth with the support, skills, and resources they need to succeed in the classroom, apply learning to everyday situations, and embrace technology to achieve career success in the future.

Our education programs are designed to ensure that all Club members graduate from high school on time, ready for a post-secondary education and a 21st Century career.

Health & Well Being

Our Health & Wellbeing programs develop our members' capacity to engage in positive behaviors that nurture their own well-being, set personal goals, and live successfully as self-sufficient adults.

These programs promote holistic wellness by supporting the healthy social, emotional, and physical development of our members by ensuring they stay physically fit, have access to nutritious meals, establish meaningful relationships with peers and adults, and have the tools needed to overcome peer pressure to engage in negative behaviors.

Character & Leadership

Our program offerings in Character & Leadership development are designed to help our members acquire the skills and knowledge to make a difference in their communities and create brighter futures for themselves in the process. These programs help members foster a positive sense of self, develop new ways of communicating their perspectives, increase their capacity to understand the ideas and feelings of others, and explore societal and personal values in a safe environment.

Our Character & Leadership programs help youth become responsible, caring citizens and acquire skills to participate in the democratic process. Youth develop leadership skills and gain opportunities for planning and decision-making.

Life & Workforce Readiness

Our Work-Based Learning & Education (WBLE) program model engages teens in meaningful, age-appropriate, curriculum-based workforce readiness programs that foster their future success while ensuring that they receive well-rounded Club experiences.

Through this program, we seek to provide youth with safe and structured spaces to learn about the world of work while they develop their employability skills. Our workforce readiness and career exploration programs combine evidence-based curricula ranging from financial literacy to college prep with hands-on experiential learning opportunities through internship and externship placements and are designed to ensure that all Club members graduate from high school on time, ready for post-secondary education and a 21st-century career!
