Community Engagement & Expansion
Our first goal centers our work and underscores our commitment to expanding the number of youth who have access to our high-quality, impactful, and affordable programming.
Goal One Objectives:
- Partner with school and community organizations to bring BGCMS programming and resources to youth wherever they are
- Expand our impact for Club families and communities
- Extend the Clubs’ continuum of care to support recent alumni
In achieving this goal and its objectives, we will:
Build
a broader and more diverse network of partners and constituents
Lead the charge in creating a model of programming to support members in young adulthood
Understand the perspectives and needs of those we serve better than ever before
Engage our youth, families, and communities in developing the right programs and services
