Programming Enhancement & Effectiveness
Our programs impact thousands of youth every year throughout our Metro South region.
We pride ourselves on our excellence, nimbleness, and responsiveness as we continue to serve more youth, more deeply, in more settings, over longer periods of time.
Goal Three Objectives:
- Fill and maximize our existing programs
- Strengthen the impact of the core programs within our Formula for Impact: Academic Success, Health & Wellbeing, Character & Leadership Development, and Life & Workforce Readiness to ensure our youth are “Future Ready”
- Meet the evolving needs of our kids and teens today and tomorrow
In achieving this goal and its objectives, we will:
Build a resilient suite of programs to meet both the timeless and changing needs of youth
Lead our Movement in deploying the expanded Formula for Impact to fuel great futures
Understand where we’re missing opportunities to connect with youth and address those gaps
Engage youth in meaningful experiences and opportunities we’re uniquely positioned to provide
