Dr. Robert Rezendes, of Westport, was appointed Dean of the Bristol Community College Taunton Center in 2018. Dr. Rezendes earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, a Master of Library and Information Studies at the University of Rhode Island, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

As Dean of Bristol's Taunton Center, Dr. Rezendes oversees and fosters its continued expansion. He ensures management and administrative oversight of all programs, services, staffing, and budgeting related to campus operations. He also works to build partnerships with regional businesses and organizations to foster a college-going culture in the greater Taunton area.
