Samantha Fagundes

Samantha Fagundes serves as the Senior Director of Data Operations at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro South based out of the Club Support Center in Taunton. Sam has worked in youth-serving nonprofits for over 15 years serving in roles ranging from Assistant Group Leader to Executive Director.

In 2018, Sam joined the team at the Taunton Clubhouse as Unit Director and transitioned to the position of Senior Director of Data Operations in December of 2021. Sam's childhood aspiration was to become an elementary school teacher, however, after working at a YMCA and seeing the positive impact of youth-serving community organizations decided she wanted to be a part of improving communities through access to safe and engaging opportunities for youth and teens.

When not working, Sam can be found spending time with her two boys and her husband, baking, watching movies, or playing video games.
